**Customer Support Admin**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Policy & Process Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
- Escalation Handling: Identify critical issues and escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
- Service Quality Monitoring: Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on customer support metrics and trends.

**Qualifications**:
- Education - A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications - Industry-standard certifications such as:
- CCSP (Certified Customer Service Professional) - Validates customer service expertise.
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) - Essential for those handling technical support, focusing on service management best practices.
