Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Customer Support & Appointment Setting Executive for the USA region. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in international customer support, specifically handling clients from North America. Strong communication skills, international telecalling experience, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls and emails for US clients
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups with prospective leads
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records using CRM tools
  • Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in the North American market
  • Must have international telecalling or voice process experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence
  • Experience using CRMs and productivity tools like MS Office
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with USA time zones
