
Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Customer Support & Appointment Setting Executive for the USA region. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in international customer support, specifically handling clients from North America. Strong communication skills, international telecalling experience, and a customer-first attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls and emails for US clients
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups with prospective leads
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records using CRM tools
- Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in the North American market
- Must have international telecalling or voice process experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence
- Experience using CRMs and productivity tools like MS Office
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with USA time zones
