Looking for a customer relationship manager for one of the leading window treatment solutions company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for showroom customers, providing exceptional assistance and support.
  • Listen to customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and order history.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or customer management tools.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
