**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive**

McLine Studios is a leading architectural firm that designs and delivers innovative and sustainable architectural projects. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. Can identify new business opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.

**Responsibility**:

- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and services.
- Running complete cycles from initiating leads to deal closure, coordinating status meetings as needed to ensure smooth progress and excellent client communication.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support and assistance to clients to resolve any issue that may arise, including coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Conduct effective cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional command over English in Verbal and written both.
- Extensive sales experience. Experience in working with international clients (preferred).
- Problem-Solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

**Additional Information**

This position is full-time and requires availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
