**HJ Real Estates,** are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Proactively address client needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients. Leverage client relationships to generate referrals and expand the client base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and collaboration in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Share insights and feedback from clients to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
