We Are Urgently Hiring

Dhyan Chess Academy is hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our global reach and boost enrollments. You'll connect with students, parents, and chess enthusiasts worldwide to promote our online chess programs and ensure a smooth admission process.

Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift), Work from Office

Job Time: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and chats
  • Explain our courses, schedules, and pricing to potential students and parents
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
  • Maintain lead records and track performance targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-driven and confident in achieving targets
  • Prior experience in sales or business development (preferred)
