About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and growth for Yogi Care Pharma. The role involves expanding domestic and export business, building strong client partnerships, and leading the sales team toward achieving ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
§ Market Expansion
a. Identify and penetrate new domestic and international markets.
b. Build partnerships with distributors and export clients.
§ Sales Strategy & Execution
a. Define monthly/quarterly sales plans and achieve targets.
b. Monitor sales funnel and improve conversion ratios.
§ Client Management
a. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
b. Handle negotiations, pricing, and closing deals.
§ Team Development
a. Lead and train the sales team for performance improvement.
b. Conduct regular reviews and support sales campaigns.
§ Compliance & Reporting
a. Ensure compliance with pharma sales norms.
b. Prepare sales MIS and competitor analysis reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
