Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills at Movya Consultancy PVT LTD. The candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and generating new business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
· Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
· Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, to closure.
· Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Skills Required:
· Good communication skills.
· Strong negotiation abilities.
· Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Freshers with strong negotiation skills are welcome to apply.
