Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, conducting market research, and providing investment guidance. The Sales Manager will also be involved in property advisory services, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and team leadership
- Strong skills in market research and investment guidance
- Knowledge of property advisory and deal negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
