Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, conducting market research, and providing investment guidance. The Sales Manager will also be involved in property advisory services, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and team leadership
  • Strong skills in market research and investment guidance
  • Knowledge of property advisory and deal negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
