Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management (Entry to Exit):
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle employee confirmation, internal transfers, and promotions.
- Drive engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
Execute exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Payroll & Compliance:
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with finance and external vendors/auditors for audits and reporting.
Administration & Facility Management:
Supervise day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Manage vendor contracts related to housekeeping, security etc
Maintain office infrastructure and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performance Management System (PMS):
Drive annual appraisal cycles.
- Facilitate goal-setting, KPI tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
Work closely with department heads to ensure fairness and transparency.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Implement and periodically review HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle labor inspections and audits.
Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
HR Strategy & Culture Building:
Contribute to building a strong organizational culture and values.
- Provide strategic HR inputs to senior leadership.
- Implement employee engagement, R&R programs, and training interventions.
