
HR Talent Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing HR operations across multiple locations.
Talent Acquisition Strategies- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new employees.
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring quality and process efficiency.
- Oversight of all HR activities, including payroll coordination, employee data management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations governing charitable organizations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
- Act as a trusted advisor to school administrators in addressing team-level concerns and morale challenges.
- Foster a positive work environment based on care, respect, and collaboration.
- Promote open communication and transparency among employees.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across locations.
- Communicate HR policies and initiatives to employees through various channels.
- Support the development of contextualized HR solutions for diverse school environments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the capacity of junior HR staff members.
- Contribute to organizational-wide HR initiatives and special projects.
- Collaborate closely with the larger HR team to drive best practices and alignment.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles.
- Proven expertise in hiring and HR data management.
- Experience working in non-profit sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
