JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic Jr. HR Associate to join our team and contribute to building a strong, people-focused workplace. In this role, you will play an active part in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent, while also supporting core HR functions that align with our brand values.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Sourcing: Attract top-tier talent by advertising on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media, leveraging your network, and engaging referrals.
- Candidate Management: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates, managing the entire interview process from scheduling to feedback.
- Employer Branding: Help build and nurture our talent pipeline for future growth. Support employer branding initiatives that showcase KOSA's unique culture.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Assist in seamless onboarding and induction processes, and support HR operations, including background checks, documentation, and compliance.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
PROFILE
- Experience: 1 -3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a Generalist role.
- Industry: Background in Beauty, Retail, Hospitality preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive results-oriented mindset, Proficient in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
REMUNERATION
- Annual package: Negotiable based on experience.
