About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Talent Acquisition Associate
to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a seamless people experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and interview coordination.
  • Assist in developing a strong employer brand and maintaining candidate pipelines.

HR Operations:

  • Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and HR compliance activities.

Engagement & Culture:

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR communication.
  • Support internal HR events, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
