We are looking for a driven and proactive
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our HR team in Pune and support hiring across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    , with a strong focus on
    bulk hiring
    for non-IT roles, especially Sales (BDA/BDM).
  • Source talent effectively through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Instahyre, etc.
  • Drive independent sourcing through social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication with candidates.
  • Handle
    onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
    .
  • Oversee
    attendance, leave tracking
    , and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Support in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Plan and execute
    employee engagement activities
    to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Assist in training programs, performance processes, and overall HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • Strong experience in
    bulk hiring
    , high-volume sourcing, and non-IT recruitment (preferred: sales hiring).
  • Hands-on experience with major job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic HRMS tools.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing recruitment pipelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
