Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Training Operations Executive, based in Pune. The responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes, coordinating employee training programs, maintaining training schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of training sessions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external trainers to design and deliver effective training solutions, while tracking the progress and performance of participants.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding procedures
  • Proficiency in training coordination, schedule management, and organizing training events
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to track training engagement, effectiveness, and participant progress
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using training tools, software, and HR management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in corporate training and upskilling programs is a plus
