Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive - Bulk Hiring will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring large numbers of top talent for CultFit. You'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet bulk hiring objectives.
- Identify and leverage various recruitment channels (job fairs, social media, job boards, referrals).
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Source and attract large numbers of qualified candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Assessment and Selection:
- Design and implement effective assessment and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure selection criteria alignment.
- Candidate Management:
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.).
- Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Certifications: Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in the fitness industry: Familiarity with the fitness industry and its recruitment challenges.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology: Experience with recruitment marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
