About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on
Talent Acquisition Executive
who can independently manage
end-to-end recruitment
across business functions. This is an
individual contributor
role focused on hiring quality talent efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced D2C/eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for open roles across various departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, CX, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on hiring strategy
  • Draft and publish JDs on relevant platforms
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
  • Conduct screening calls, assess fitment, and coordinate interviews
  • Own the interview process, scheduling, and communication end-to-end
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and timely closure of open positions
  • Maintain and update internal hiring trackers.
  • Share regular updates with internal stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Collaborate with external agencies when required for niche or volume roles

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience with
    full-cycle recruitment ownership
  • Prior experience in a D2C or eCommerce environment
    is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver closures independently
  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
