Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also assist in employer branding initiatives and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
  • Skills in screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates
  • Experience in onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth candidate transition
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring teams
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Understanding of employer branding and the ability to promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment for marketing or technology roles is a plus
