Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead expert onboarding for our Finance Expert Network and support consulting team hiring at Rubyworks. This is a pivotal role focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-calibre finance professionals including Investment Banking Analysts, FP&A Specialists, Valuation Experts, and CFO-level consultants — while also strengthening Ruby's internal consulting talent base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Rubyworks' Finance Expert Network
- Identify and onboard independent finance professionals across domains such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A, and Corporate Finance
- Manage hiring for consulting and internal finance roles within Rubyworks
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of senior finance experts through networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Drive expert experience — from first contact to onboarding and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to forecast expert demand and align hiring priorities with project needs
- Maintain structured hiring metrics, dashboards, and periodic reporting to management
- Ensure high-touch communication and relationship management with senior professionals
Qualifications:
- 6–9 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in finance, consulting, or fintech environments
- Prior exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Research / FP&A recruitment is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — confident interacting with senior-level professionals
- Strategic mindset with hands-on recruiting execution capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
