About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, preparing and sending quotations, and following up with them to close sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make telephonic calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, quotations, and customer responses.

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
  • Any Bachelor's Degree with Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel, Email).
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing/sales is an added advantage.
