Senior Sales Executive – Small to Mid-Market Sales (Media / Branding/ Advertising)

AD Vantage Integrated Marketing is a results-driven marketing agency helping B2B businesses grow through innovative branding, retail experiences, events, and promotions. We're expanding our small and mid-market sales division and are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team.

Role Objective:

To drive revenue from small-to-mid-market clients by effectively managing leads from IndiaMART and other inbound sources, converting them into profitable business deals, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

Actively identify and contact potential clients through IndiaMART, cold calling, and inbound leads. Qualify leads and build relationships quickly.

  • Sales Conversion:

Understand client requirements, position the right solutions, negotiate win-win deals, and close sales that ensure a minimum 20% profitability.

  • Pipeline Management:

Maintain and track prospects and customer conversations in CRM (Odoo/Zoho). Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion progress.

  • Proposal & Presentation:

Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks. Collaborate with operations for feasibility and with marketing for sales support content.

  • Coordination & Handover:

Ensure seamless handover to the operations team post-sales closure, with proper documentation and clarity.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, branding, printing, Media, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in handling online lead platforms like IndiaMART.
  • Strong cold calling and client conversion capabilities.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Odoo, or similar).
  • Experience in proposal creation and negotiation.
