Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Business Development and Retention in Bengaluru. The Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving overall business growth. Daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, contract negotiations, and developing retention strategies. The Manager will also play a key role in collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Sales, and Contract Management
  • Proficiency in developing Retention Strategies and Customer Service Excellence
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in the workspace industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
