Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retentions Associate Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and B2 B client management.
The role involves building trusted relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving renewal and retention strategies to maximize long-term value.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive client retention strategy across B2 B cybersecurity accounts.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, product adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to capture them.
Analyze churn risks, implement proactive retention measures, and resolve escalations effectively.
Work closely with product, compliance, and cyber risk advisory teams to align solutions with client needs.
Monitor key account health metrics (renewal rate, NPS, churn %) and create action plans for improvement.
Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor offerings to position Mitigata's solutions effectively.
Mentor and support junior team members in client engagement and retention practices.
Key Requirements4+ years of experience in B2 B client retention, account management, or customer success, preferably in Cybersecurity, Saa S, or Risk Advisory services.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise risk management.
Proven track record of managing client renewals and reducing churn in a B2 B environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations and drive resolution.
Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar).
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or IT Security is a plus.
