Key Responsibilities:
Should have experiemce in Customer Onboarding and Retention calls. Assist in Customer Retention and provide solution in case of issues Manage Customer Onboarding communication to internal or external partners Coordinate with the cross functional teams to enable required systems and processes Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards
Must Haves: Graduate/ Post Graduate from any college Must have 1+ years of work experience in / Ops support / Retention Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English is Mandatory Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, PowerPoints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
