About the Role:

dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager
to drive growth and customer engagement in the
Elevator and Construction industry
. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
B2B and B2C elevator sales
and achieve defined sales targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key segments.

Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
through effective communication and service.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures.

Coordinate with the
project and service teams
to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen market presence.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the
    Elevator or Construction industry
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Chennai
    .
