Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads with GTM strategy.

● Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach to generate interest for domestic/international clients.

● Qualify leads using sales strategic frameworks like BANT/ MEDDIC based on business needs, fit and schedule discovery meetings and demos.

● Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

● Collaborate closely with marketing to convert campaign-generated leads into opportunities.

● Track and report on key activity and pipeline metrics, ensuring consistent performance against targets.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to enhance outreach effectiveness.

● Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI activity and pipeline/revenue generation targets.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

● 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, technology solutions companies in domestic/international markets.

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident, professional phone presence.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

● Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email automation, and sales engagement platforms.

● Organized, coachable,Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

● Confidence in multi-channel outreach, strong research and a problem-solving mindset.

● Experience or interest in AI/ML, SaaS, technology or analytics is a plus.

● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. ● Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, zoominfo etc.).
