Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated inside sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting products and services, generating sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Promote and sell company products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes and results.

Pre-Requisites:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Strong sales skills with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
