Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Executive with a solid background in the construction industry, particularly someone with in-depth knowledge of bathroom fittings and tiles. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the construction sector and demonstrate a strong understanding of the industry's dynamics, including project workflows and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and contractors.
- Present product solutions, particularly bathroom fittings and tiles, to meet specific project requirements.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of bathroom fittings, sanitaryware, and tiles – their application, trends, and client needs.
- Industry Insight: Familiar with construction project timelines, procurement processes, and sector-specific client expectations.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage end-to-end client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Presentation: Skilled in delivering engaging and persuasive presentations tailored to construction professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and client accounts efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
