Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to photographers, studios, and event planners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Pitch and promote range of premium photo albums to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and share market insights with the team.
- Collaborate with the order creation and production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure smooth client experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Looking for candidates how can speak Tamil or Telegu or one can be any language.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software.
