
Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our exterior and interior product lines to customers, contractors, architects, and dealers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of product application, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients including contractors, architects, dealers, and end customers.
- Visit sites regularly to promote and sell interior and exterior products (e.g., paints, coatings, cladding, tiles, fixtures, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations to educate clients on usage and benefits.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, accounts, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Diploma in Civil/Interior Design is a plus)
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in the building materials, paints, or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge ofinterior and exterior applications of products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Attributes:
- Local language proficiency (as applicable to the region).
- Existing network of industry contacts (e.g., builders, contractors, architects).
- Familiarity with site work and project-based sales cycles.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary + incentives/commissions
