Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our International Sales Team. The role involves communicating with customers in the USA, understanding their automotive part requirements, and providing suitable product or service solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential US customers and handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work during US business hours (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
  • Strong sales attitude and customer handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in international sales or voice process preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
