Coppice Furniture is looking for a sales representative who can provide excellent customer service and help our clients find their ideal furniture items for their homes or businesses. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting and welcoming customers to our showroom, which spans over 25,000 square feet and showcases a range of furniture options.
- Understanding the customers’ needs, preferences, budget and style, and suggesting suitable furniture pieces that match their requirements.
- Demonstrating the features and benefits of our furniture products, which are made of the finest materials and crafted by skilled artisans.
- Negotiating prices and closing sales deals with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Processing payments and arranging delivery and installation of the furniture items.
- Maintaining a clean and organized showroom, displaying the furniture items in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Following up with customers after the sale, providing after-sales service and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, generating referrals and repeat business.

To be a successful sales representative at Coppice Furniture, you should have:

- A passion for furniture and interior design, and a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- A friendly, polite and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
- A strong sales orientation, and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- A high level of customer service skills, and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- A good knowledge of our products, services and policies, and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
- A willingness to learn new skills and product information, and to attend training sessions as required.
- A flexible schedule, and the ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
