Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience from initial inquiry through final delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and unmatched service delivery. This is a client-facing position suited for individuals who excel in relationship-building, have strong organizational abilities, and can thrive in a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, ensuring a warm, professional, and responsive experience.
- Understand client requirements, communicate their vision clearly to creative teams, and manage expectations throughout the engagement.
- Support and execute sales outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Synchronize project timelines with internal teams to uphold delivery excellence and ensure key milestones are met.
- Prepare and review client documentation, contracts, and communications to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and work collaboratively to resolve any issues with discretion and care.
- Maintain client records, communication logs, and project details using CRM tools and internal systems.
- Represent OHP's brand values of trust, elegance, and attention to detail in all interactions, both internal and external.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A genuine interest in luxury weddings, storytelling, and client service.
- Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is advantageous — however, motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
