Pest Control Business Support Executive – Job Role

1. Administrative Support

  • Maintain client files, service agreements, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-up emails.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payment updates.

2. Client Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
  • Schedule service visits and share appointment details with clients.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with clients for service feedback and ratings.

3. Operations Support

  • Coordinate with Operations Executives and Technicians for daily service planning.
  • Track technician attendance, service completion, and daily reports.
  • Ensure all service reports (Residential & Commercial) are updated in the CRM.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Update client details, service schedules, and renewal dates on CRM.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure renewals are followed up on time and maintain renewal trackers.

5. Sales Support

  • Support the Business Development team with lead follow-up and appointment booking.
  • Prepare proposals and assist in closing small-value deals.
  • Maintain lead trackers and generate follow-up reminders.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all legal documents, AMC agreements, and certificates are properly recorded.
  • Prepare service completion certificates and share with clients..

7. Office Coordination

  • Work with HR for onboarding documents, attendance, and admin tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support management in any additional tasks for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,671.09 per month
