Job Summary:
The role involves establishing executive-level relationships, understanding customer business objectives, and managing key accounts. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through effective solution planning and providing end-to-end support to customers. They will also maintain relationships with OEMs and negotiate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and build strong executive-level relationships, understand and assess customer business objectives, strategies, and customer requirements
- Keep up relationships with OEMs
- Plan and manage effective solutions for the customer as per their requirement
- Provide end-to-end support to key accounts and manage operations from sales to after-service for all customers in every transaction
- Generate revenue through key account management
- Negotiate and possess strong financial/business and pricing knowledge
