Job Summary:

The role involves establishing executive-level relationships, understanding customer business objectives, and managing key accounts. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through effective solution planning and providing end-to-end support to customers. They will also maintain relationships with OEMs and negotiate deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and build strong executive-level relationships, understand and assess customer business objectives, strategies, and customer requirements
  • Keep up relationships with OEMs
  • Plan and manage effective solutions for the customer as per their requirement
  • Provide end-to-end support to key accounts and manage operations from sales to after-service for all customers in every transaction
  • Generate revenue through key account management
  • Negotiate and possess strong financial/business and pricing knowledge
