Cluster Manager - Business Loans - Indirect / Senior Cluster Manager - Business Loans - Indirect 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires collaborative work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and the establishment and maintenance of professional networks with subject matter experts. The role includes tracking and maintaining business profitability by ensuring all metrics are controlled to achieve business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Principal Accountabilities- All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders such as COE, IT, Ops, etc.
- Delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier and call center service.
- Delivery of volume from newly identified channels like digital and CIBIL watch.
- Daily system and process support to the sales team.
- Preparation and rollout of daily business MIS.
- Monthly incentive calculation and rollout.
- Contest calculation and rollout.
- Liaise with HR team for activities like R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
- Track and manage on-roll and off-roll headcount and productivity.
- Liaise with Risk team for offer generation, policy changes, etc.
- Classroom and remote training for any new enhancements or changes in product/processes.
- Allocation of monthly offer base to sales/call center team.
- Conducting various business meetings such as ZSM/RSM meets and contest-based trips.
- Managing portfolio metricsensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking of EWS location management.
- Managing various vendorsensuring timely onboarding, calculation of payout, etc.
- Monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
- Annual inputs for LRS and AOP deck preparation.

Major Challenges- Major system issues and TAT for resolution.
- Frequent system changes.
- Rollout of new system enhancements or customer communication across various channels.

Interactions  Internal Clients- Interact with various internal departments such as COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, RCU, Collections, and Compliance.
- Interact with HR department for various activities.
External Clients- Mapping of market competition and practices.
- Meeting with external vendors along with IT.

Required Qualifications and Experience  Skills and Knowledge- Graduate / Post Graduate degree required.
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Result-oriented; "Go getter" attitude is a must.
- Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command over communication skills.
- Highly ambitious and self-motivated.
