Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Cluster Collection Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing collections operations, ensuring timely recovery of receivables from various clients, and optimizing collection processes. The Cluster Collection Manager will also monitor team performance, liaise with stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance collections efficacy while maintaining customer relationships and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in collections management, credit risk assessment, and receivables reconciliation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical skills for process improvement and strategy development in collections.
  • Understanding of financial and regulatory practices related to collections.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain finance, lending processes, or a related domain is a plus.
