Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable) located in HSR Layout Bangalore. The Accounts Manager will handle day-to-day financial operations, including monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, managing vendor and client relationships, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with financial audits.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Invoice review, TDS deduction & accurate accounting entries
- Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax laws
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in
Tally
and
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS) - Ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation & month-end closing
- Vendor & customer coordination with attention to detail
- Prior experience in managing accounts within a professional services or financial advisory firm is preferable.

and
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS) - Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Well-versed in preparing vendor payment upload files and executing wire transfers (domestic and international)
