About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Account Manager
to lead and expand our
staffing and recruitment operations across the UK and Europe
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving business growth, ensuring high service delivery standards, and working closely with internal recruitment teams to meet client hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across the UK and European regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and account reviews.
- Understand client business goals, workforce needs, and project requirements to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service lines.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to develop account growth strategies and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs in line with company standards and client requirements.
- Recruitment Delivery Management
- Partner with internal recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
- Oversee recruitment pipelines, manage client feedback, and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolve escalations related to candidate quality, timelines, or service issues.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and staffing industry developments in the UK and EU regions.
- Provide periodic business reports and insights on account performance, forecasts, and client satisfaction metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in
account management or client relationship management
within the
staffing/recruitment industry
, preferably across UK or European markets. - Strong understanding of
contract, permanent, and managed staffing models
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK/EU employment regulations, visa processes, and compliance will be an added advantage.
