
Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Managerto manage client relationships while driving sales growth. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities within the account, and ensuring client satisfaction by acting as a bridge between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Account Management:
- Monitor account health and proactively address client concerns.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, support, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track account metrics and provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Maintain CRM with up-to-date client interactions and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
