Position : Accounts Manager & Finance

Job Description

We are looking for an accounting manager work closely with Company's Management and to supervise, track, evaluate day-to-day accounting and finance activities apart from playing managerial role & responsibilities to establishing financial status implementing correct accounting systems and reporting procedures. Should understand Balance sheet preparation, and meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Recommending new procedures. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Supervise Accounting Operations: Lead and manage an accounting & billing team of 7 persons.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee month-end and year-end processes, prepare financial statements, and generate reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations. Timely filing of all statutory returns for the entire organization across all states.
  • Finance Functions: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Control: Internal control - for credit locks , bank interest payments
  • Planning: Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis when required
  • Reconciliations: Balance sheet, bank, and all other financial reconciliations.
  • Audit: Coordinate with auditors for all compliance – GST, IT etc

Requirement : Commerce Graduate (B-Com / M Com) Candidate with Minimum experience of 10 to 12 years, with A Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accurate accounting - revenue & expense recognitions, Very good communication skills. Experience with financial statement generation and audit procedures, to handle accounts & Finance related activities. Thorough knowledge of MS-Office, Tally, Sales tax & Excise. Should understand Balance sheet preparation. Ability to lead a team, good team player, Individual contributor. Should be able to work in a strong computerized environment.

Ability to discuss with financial institutions & auditor to get term loans / working capital requirements will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
