Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager, located in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Accounts Manager is focused on managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. Accounts Manager are also responsible for working closely with other departments to maintain financial compliance, assist with budgeting, and address any discrepancies in financial records. Accounts Manager is managing and maintaining accurate financial records.

This includes Recording Transactions, Maintaining Ledgers and Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the Companies: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, income tax, etc.
  • In the month-end and year-end close, ledger review, journal entries, and audit schedules.
  • Use and maintain ERP/Zoho books software for data entry, reporting and analysis.
  • Quick learner and take task indepently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ledgers & Bank reconciliation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Zoho Books) and good MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance (GST, TDS, tax laws).
  • posting journal entries ,bank reconciliation preparing financial Statement and supporting for Auditor.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
