About the Role
We're looking for a Tele Caller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and assist in converting them into successful deals. You'll be the voice of our company, helping build strong client relationships over the phone and supporting the sales team with quality lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Follow-up: Call and follow up on inbound/outbound leads shared by the sales or marketing team.
- Client Communication: Explain our offerings and services clearly and confidently to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain updated records of calls, lead status, and client interactions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
- Support Sales Team: Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth handover and timely follow-up.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
- Preferred: 1–8 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident speaker
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a startup environment
