Role Description

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns across multiple paid media channels, mainly:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
  • Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)

The goal: Generate highly qualified leads at a low cost while maintaining high intent and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation via paid ads.
  • Deep understanding of auction dynamics, bid strategies & conversion optimisation.
  • Strategize, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Native platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead), Lead Quality, and Conversion Rates.
  • Create, A/B test, and iterate ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign data daily, generate reports, and take action based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the content/creative team to develop ad copies, banners, and videos.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
