Role Description
You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns across multiple paid media channels, mainly:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
- Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
The goal: Generate highly qualified leads at a low cost while maintaining high intent and quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation via paid ads.
- Deep understanding of auction dynamics, bid strategies & conversion optimisation.
- Strategize, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Native platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead), Lead Quality, and Conversion Rates.
- Create, A/B test, and iterate ad creatives and messaging.
- Analyze campaign data daily, generate reports, and take action based on insights.
- Collaborate with the content/creative team to develop ad copies, banners, and videos.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
