
Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn, Google, and B2B directories to identify and build a strong pipeline of national and international leads
- Identify potential buyers in the Textile Machinery/Electric Motors/Power Tools/Agricultural Machinery/Water Pumps/Home Appliances.
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email to initiate conversations and pitch product offerings.
- Price negotiation and quotation sharing.
- Closing the deal.
- Sell a variety of bearings to be used in different industry
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.
- Payment follow up and Recovery
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, and email tools for lead generation
- Curious, research-driven, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Willingness to learn and grow rapidly.
- Immediate Joiners.
- Tele calling, B2B Lead generation experience is value added.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
