The primary role of an education counselor is to drive sales and revenue generation by converting leads into enrolled students, They are the frontline of our business.
Seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop lasting client relationships, and contribute to a high-performing sales team. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the organization's client base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Present products/services effectively to prospects and handle negotiations and deal closure.
Lead and motivate other sales team members to achieve collective goals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on daily and weekly and monthly to management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
