Job Summary

SEO Executive (with Email Marketing Experience)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and generate high-quality leads. Your expertise in WordPress will be essential for implementing on-page optimizations, improving site structure, and handling technical SEO enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. On-Page SEO

  2. Perform keyword research for logistics/trading verticals (e.g., "warehousing solutions," "supply chain management").

  3. Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and content.

  4. Ensure SEO-friendly site structure and internal linking.

  5. WordPress Management

  6. Hands-on experience with plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, WP Rocket).

  7. Implement technical SEO: XML sitemaps, , canonical tags.

  8. Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and security.

  9. Off-Page SEO

  10. Build quality backlinks via outreach, guest posts, and partnerships.

  11. Manage local SEO (Google My Business, directory listings).

  12. Content Optimization

  13. Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, service pages, and case studies.

  14. Audit and refresh existing content for relevance and rankings.

  15. Analytics & Reporting

  16. Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.

  17. Track KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates.

  18. Technical SEO

  19. Fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

  20. Ensure HTTPS, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.

  21. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  22. Work with developers for site improvements and UX enhancements.

  23. Align with marketing on campaigns and paid search synergy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven SEO experience with WordPress proficiency.

  • Tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

  • Technical skills: Basic HTML/CSS, CMS customization.

  • Certifications: Google Analytics, SEO platforms (e.g., Moz, HubSpot).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in logistics/trading sectors.

  • WordPress theme/plugin customization.

  • Data visualization (Google Data Studio, Tableau).

  • Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads).
