RSDE is a Mumbai-based interior design firm dedicated to crafting timeless and functional spaces. We focus on design innovation, aesthetics, and sustainable practices, blending creativity with precision. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a talented Content Creator to shape and amplify our brand story across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create engaging and high-quality content including blogs, social media posts, reels, stories, and newsletters to showcase RSDE's design projects and expertise.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and project teams to produce photo/video content highlighting ongoing and completed interior design projects.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Content Calendar: Plan, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar in alignment with brand campaigns and marketing goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects RSDE's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
  • Research & Ideation: Stay updated on industry trends, interior design inspirations, and competitor strategies to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance through analytics tools and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and project teams to align content with overall business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Executive (experience in interior design/architecture industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for design and storytelling.
