Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive business growth across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Create and manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports.
2- Digital Channels
Manage and optimize our digital channels, including website, social media, email, and paid advertising. Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, engagement, and paid social advertising. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and automation.
3- Content and Creative
Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and product, to develop digital marketing assets. Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
4- Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure digital marketing performance.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing: Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: Expertise in social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field: Relevant education and certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, are a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing automation tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
Knowledge of data analytics tools: Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
Certifications in digital marketing: Certifications, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, demonstrate expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Experience with SME (Subject Matter Expert) content creation: Ability to develop high-quality, engaging content for various industries and audiences.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Familiarity with content management systems: Knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.
