Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will lead BioFrost's digital growth across multiple paid channels — from eCommerce marketplaces to digital ad platforms.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and performance-obsessed, with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
You'll work closely with the Brand Manager (Performance) to scale BioFrost's online visibility, conversions, and ROI across both D2C and marketplace ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Marketplace Growth:
Manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads — including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns, with continuous keyword and ACoS optimization.
- D2C Growth:
Run performance campaigns for , focusing on traffic generation, conversions, and customer retention. Track and report KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and LTV using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads Console. Work with designers, copywriters, and editors to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages. Conduct experiments on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and placements to identify best-performing strategies. Analyze competitor ads, keywords, and performance trends across all platforms. Allocate and monitor spends efficiently to meet performance goals while maintaining profitability.

Experience: 1–3 years in performance marketing (preferably in D2C, FMCG, or wellness categories).

- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Amazon Ads Console
- Flipkart Ads Manager
- Helium10 or similar keyword/analytics tools
- YouTube Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Analytical Ability: Strong understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and attribution models.
- Creative Sense: Ability to identify winning ad hooks and creative formats that drive conversions.
- Mindset: Ownership-driven, experimental, and results-focused.
Bonus Skills
- AI & Automation Tools Awareness:
- Knowledge of AI-based tools for ad copywriting, creative generation, and campaign automation.
- Influencer + Performance Integration:
Experience in leveraging influencer/UGC content for paid campaigns and whitelisting.
- Basic Design or Editing Skills:
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc for ad variations and rapid testing.
